Horizon Fostering Services is approved and regulated by the Commission for Social Care Inspectorate. We are also approved by the Pan London consortium and have favourable inspection reports from both, which are available on request. We are members of the Fostering Network and the British Association of Adoption and Fostering.

We provide good quality value for money placements, to Local Authorities throughout London and the South East. Our carers come from a wide variety of ethnic and cultural backgrounds, from different religions and experiences, which reflects the children we are asked to look after.
